Delete your account

You can do this yourself, in the app, without contacting us.

In the app

  1. 1Open the app and go to Profile.
  2. 2Tap Delete account.
  3. 3Confirm. The account and its balance are removed.

What happens

Your name, email and profile image are erased, and every sign-in session, linked account and device record is deleted. The account is then frozen so it cannot earn again.

Your coin ledger and withdrawal history remain as the accounting record behind payouts, no longer attached to a name or an email. Deletion does not pay out your balance and does not cancel a withdrawal already under review — cash out first if you want to be paid.

Some ledger and withdrawal records are retained for a limited period for fraud and accounting purposes, as described in the privacy policy.

If you cannot reach the screen, write to support@levellark.app from the email on the account.
