Definitions
"Coins" are the in-app reward unit. They are promotional credit, not money and not your property.
"Guest account" is an account created without signing in. It can play and earn but cannot withdraw.
"Withdrawal" is a request to exchange coins for a payout through one of the supported methods.
"Cheating" means anything in the fair-play section below: emulators, automation, multiple accounts, self-referral, spoofing your device or region, or tampering with the app or its traffic.
Who can use LevelLark
You must be 18 or older.
You must be able to enter into a contract, and using the app must be lawful where you live.
You must use it for yourself — not on behalf of a business, and not as a service for someone else.
Your account
One person, one account. Running more than one is the fastest way to lose your balance.
You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping access to it secure.
The details you give us must be accurate, especially the payout identifier you enter for a withdrawal. We send the payout to what you typed. We cannot recover a payout sent to a wrong but valid destination.
Guest accounts and linking Google
You can play as a guest. Guests earn coins normally but cannot withdraw — withdrawing requires a linked Google account.
A guest account lives on one install. If you uninstall the app, clear its data or switch devices before linking Google, that account and its balance are gone. Link Google early if you intend to cash out.
When you link Google, your guest balance and history move to the Google account. One exception: if that Google account has already been used with LevelLark and has coin history of its own, it keeps its own balance and the guest balance is discarded. This stops several guest accounts being stacked onto one identity.
Coins
Coins are a promotional reward. They are not money, not credit and not your property. They have no cash value until we approve a withdrawal and pay it.
Coins cannot be bought, sold, transferred, gifted or exchanged between accounts, and they cannot be staked or wagered on anything.
Coins are not income and not an investment. Nothing in the app is a promise of earnings.
The current rate is 10,000 coins to one US dollar. We may change that rate, the reward amounts, the daily limits and the withdrawal minimums at any time. The live figures are always the ones shown in the app and on our cash-out page.
Coins are forfeited when an account is closed or deleted.
How you earn
You earn by finishing games, completing tasks, keeping a daily streak, using your free daily spins and scratch cards, watching rewarded ads, and referring people who go on to play.
Game results are verified by our server. Each round is replayed against the seed the server issued, and a result that cannot be verified — including one submitted impossibly fast or impossibly slowly — earns nothing.
Reward amounts vary by region. Rewards are funded by ad revenue, and ad revenue differs sharply between regions, so the same action can pay less in one country than another. This applies to game wins and rewarded ads. It does not apply to tasks, streaks, bonus draws or referrals.
Every earning source has a daily cap, and caps reset at midnight in the time zone recorded for your account. An account that has used an emulator or a rooted device earns at half the normal daily caps.
Free daily draws
You get three spins and three scratch cards a day. Both are free. You never stake coins to use them and you cannot buy more.
Each outcome is drawn by our server from a published table of prizes and weights. The chance of an outcome is its weight divided by the total of all weights. The current table is on our bonus odds page, published in full.
The animation in the app shows a result the server has already decided. How or when you play does not change the odds.
We may change the prize table. The published odds change with it, the same day.
Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are optional and always labelled. You choose to watch one.
Coins are credited only after Google confirms the view to our server with a signed confirmation. If it does not confirm, no coins are credited, however far the ad played. Confirmation is usually immediate but can take a moment.
Interstitial ads appear between games and earn nothing.
Ad availability varies by region and time of day, and we do not control it. Ad content comes from third-party networks under their own policies; we do not choose or endorse individual ads.
Referrals
You have a referral code. A new player can apply it within 24 hours of signing up, and only if they have not already applied one.
A referral pays 300 coins, and only once the person you referred has linked a Google account and reached level 2. Signing someone up earns nothing on its own.
You cannot refer yourself, you cannot refer someone who referred you, and a code is rejected if both accounts have used the same device. Attempting that is recorded against your account.
Withdrawals
To request a withdrawal you need: a linked Google account, an account at least 7 days old, at least 5 verified rewarded ad views, an account that is not frozen, and a balance at or above the minimum for the method you choose.
Minimums in coins: UPI 5,000. Paytm 5,000. Amazon 10,000. Google Play 10,000. Free Fire 20,000. Call of Duty 20,000. PayPal 50,000. Bitcoin 100,000. USDT 100,000.
Only one withdrawal can be under review at a time. Submit the next one after the current one is resolved. There is no daily or lifetime limit on how much you may withdraw in total.
When you submit, the coins leave your balance and are held against the request. They are not spendable while it is pending.
A person reviews every request. If it is approved the held coins are spent and we send the payout. If it is declined the full amount returns to your balance and we tell you why — a decline is not a penalty in itself, and a frozen account still gets its held coins back.
Processing times shown before you submit are estimates, not guarantees. Delays at a payment provider or bank are outside our control, though we will help chase them.
Which methods are available can change, and a method can be switched off at any time.
Fair play
Do not run more than one account, and do not refer yourself.
Do not use emulators, virtual devices, rooted devices, automation, scripts, bots or modified versions of the app.
Do not spoof or reset your device details, and do not use a VPN or proxy to change your apparent region.
Do not tamper with the app or its network traffic, reverse engineer it, or attempt to award yourself coins.
Do not use anyone else's payout details, or a payout destination you do not control.
What happens if you break these rules
Depending on what we find, we may remove the coins involved, freeze the account while we look into it, decline a pending withdrawal, or close the account permanently and forfeit the balance.
A frozen account cannot earn or cash out, but is still refunded the coins held against a declined withdrawal.
We act on the evidence recorded on the account, which includes whether it shares a device or an IP address with another account. If you think we have it wrong, write to us and we will look again.
The app itself
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app — games, tasks, ad availability, reward amounts, caps, payout methods, the coin rate — and we will give notice in the app where we reasonably can.
There will be downtime for maintenance, and parts of the app depend on third parties whose outages we do not control: the ad network, the sign-in provider, the payout providers.
No warranties
The app is provided as it is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular game, task, ad or payout method will be available to you.
We do not guarantee earnings of any kind. Rewards vary with your activity, your region, the daily limits and ad availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost coins arising from your use of the app.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the cash value of the coins in your balance at the time the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile. Deletion does not pay out your balance and does not cancel a withdrawal already under review, so cash out first if you want to be paid.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we do not owe a payout on coins forfeited that way.
After an account is closed, stop using the app.
Third parties
The app uses Google sign-in, Google AdMob for ads and Google Firebase for analytics. Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to what it does.
Ads and any link out of the app lead to content we do not control and do not endorse.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and flag significant changes in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing here takes them away.
Before starting any formal claim, please write to support@levellark.app. Most disputes about a payout turn out to be something we can resolve directly, and quickly.
